Not a bad batch of solo-effort homemade bread.
I normally create the dough (muscle work) and hubby @mikerobin.bsky.social normally knocks the dough back, divides and moulds into individual loaves (fine-tuning work) and then bakes the bread.
Had to do it all by myself today....I never stop😉
