The heroes heading out on their great big adventure. Trying to channel my “inner Jeff Smith” (Bone/Rasl/Tuki) with the inking. I love traditional inking, mistakes and all. Coming back to it after all these years makes me feel more like myself, if that makes any sense.

Digitally inking one of my Samurai Squatch comic pages with some custom brushes I’ve made. They were created using actual India ink textures. I wanted to emulate actual ink brush work as closely as possible. Also listening to the great @jeffsmithsbone.bsky.social !
