I'm curious how other #PHP #OSS devs deal with this: every other month or so, our CI pipeline breaks because one of our QA packages introduced a bug or incompatibility with another QA package (PHPUnit, PHPStan, Rector, and Mago).

Should we just lock QA tools to a fixed version?
