I hear you. I'm on a mission this year to make time for the things I enjoy and not have another year like last year. I'm clocking down the number of hours I'm doing my hobbies each week to make myself accountable. It's really helped. I hope you start being able to do the things you enjoy

I'm sorry it was so lonely for you to begin with. Music can make a world of difference, helps to escape. I definitely didn't have a playlist option, but I think they put the radio on for me. I do remember on my 35th birthday they played happy birthday through the speakers and gave me chocolates..🥰

It's interesting how our experiences can be so similar but also so different. I'm glad though you found radiotherapy so peaceful. I can't quite remember how I felt during mine... I don't remember feeling overly lonely either though

This is my girl Simbi. She was by my side through it all. I call her my 'fur covered rock'. There through the sickness, the tears, the triumphs. She's 12 now and just as cute and sassy as ever!
