New windows 10 update pushed Copilot onto people without warning. Anyway it's super easy to get rid of.
Search up Copilot in the start menu > Right click it > Click uninstall and boom it's gone.

I know it's nothing monumental, but I've lost about 30 pounds since around august, and I've cut a lot of unhealthy things from my diet. I'm working on a workout routine now, we've hit some roadblocks a couple of times, but I'm getting there!
