i was sitting in class today and there were two people in front of me just blatantly using chatgpt (for something incredibly easy by the way). it was painfully obvious, and they weren't even trying to hide it.
what happened to shame? how can anyone do this and not feel even a little bit of guilt?

i'm not a member of the smash community (though i am an avid spectator), but hax's passing has really left me bummed. it's just such a sad, tragic situation all around, and i can only imagine how difficult the healing process is going to be for the community. it won't be easy to move on from.

i'm not sure if there's a worse feeling than having a week-long break when you intend to be productive, sunday hits, and you've done absolutely nothing that you planned to work on or complete. that's where i'm at currently. i'm really going to feel the effect of this over the next few weeks too LOL

as far as i'm concerned the entire purpose of the american experiment is to provide chuck schumer with a job that's not too challenging, yet rewarding and fun. and i hate to put it to you like this, but every criticism you post, and every phone call you make to his office, gets in the way of that

there's legitimately no better feeling than finishing an amazing book that makes you rethink your approach to life or the way you look at things. as you turn that final page, you're satisfied as it is, but then you're also left to reflect and ponder endlessly, and i think that's a beautiful thing

this game takes such a unique approach to gameplay and storytelling. like, every single moment felt meaningful, and that especially goes for the interactions between the characters. the small details throughout made it even better, too!!

had to borrow some books from my mentor teacher so i swung by the school i was student teaching at this morning and got to visit my honors students in the process.
it was so amazing to see them again. a lot of them were really happy to see me, too 🥹 there's legitimately no better feeling than that.

gave a pretty informal presentation today and it was during it that i casually remembered i was student teaching this past semester. not that i had forgotten; it just feels weird that it's behind me now. it's especially weird being a student again, though. i felt like i was teaching a lesson lol

I figured I should share this here too — today was officially my last day student teaching.
I cannot begin to express how valuable of an experience this was for me. I was fortunate enough to end up with an amazing mentor, as well as awesome, smart, funny students whom I'll never forget. 1/3

it's so funny to experience another school district's handling of inclement weather days. today is our third imposed late arrival day in the past week and it's replacing what was literally supposed to be an early release day. whoever is calling the shots has to be playing bingo or something
