Hangers winning was a culmination and an end point. But how many stories of triumph, good vs evil, etc start and continue onward with the big celebration? There has to be the next obstacle or big bad emerging. It’s all story progression. We’re fifteen minutes into the sequel, let the story happen.

On top of all this… there is still a story to tell where Hangman comes back together with the Elite. And TK teases out this stuff so perfectly. Hangers lost to Joe thanks in large part to being outnumbered. He needs people around him, just like he needed Ospreay and Sweve to overcome Mox.
