Despite my best efforts, I can't seem to get a stable run with twitch inspector here. The internet just isn't good enough. Back on Tuesday with normal Factorio, and possibly a Sunday or Monday Phasmophobia if I decide the weekly challenge looks fun
My laptop is far from happy running OBS, but it does seem to work. Can probably actually make a stream happen on Friday and/or Thursday. Not gonna be one of my normal games, though. Maybe some Zachtronics?

Since apparently my theme this week is "bragging about skills I'm improving": I've apparently gotten a feel for what a recording that edits down into 30 minutes feels like. Next week's episode is right where I want it length-wise, and I don't feel like I left overmuch on the cutting room floor.

Spent a couple of hours today on my first custom resource pack! No spoilers for this one since I'm not sure when it'll appear in videos yet.

There are a few changes I want to make before I build it in survival, but by and large I am happy with how this design turned out!
Shaders and detailed building blocks certainly make up for all my shortcomings as a builder.

No stream today :(. I am coming down with something, and I look and feel like I was bit by a zombie - my skin is pale, my eyes are dark and sunken, and I am weirdly sweaty. I just do not have the energy to enertain folks the way I'm feeling.

Today's KSP stream is getting back down to reading papers and implementing real rocket science algorithms. I really enjoyed doing this for the lunar intercept program, and am super excited to dive into doing it for orbital guidance.

About a year ago I moved out of the city and to the suburbs because it's cheaper. Where I live now, anything more nuanced than "straight" or "gay" is too complicated for people, and trying to explain "nonbinary" is right out. I'm all-but back in the closet in meatspace.
