Column is geschreven als reactie op aantal beleidsmakers die het wel een issue vinden, die afschaffing elektronisch stemmen hallucinant vinden. Daar probeerde ik wat te nuanceren.

😮‍💨These different findings are reassuring, as they suggest that (some) gender gaps in political ambition can be overcome through political experience (5/7)

The gender gap disappears, however, when we control for structural variables such as political interest and political socialization (3/7)

We investigate 🧪 whether the competitiveness of a political position makes a difference for the gender gap in ambition. We distinguish between:
