Once you start cross-tenant sync of your members, these member will be propagated cross-tenant. This is a one-way sync. Meaning you need a sync job on both tenants to have all users being available in both tenants.

Hi Sander, thanks for being in my session! When creating or joining a #MTO settings are only propagated in your own tenant. Meaning you need 2 admins who either create or join the #MTO, during that process changes are made to their own tenant. No changes are propagated from one tenant to the other.
