Visual designer, slayer of tacos.
It sickens me that he continues to be treated as an honored guest on various programs like the Daily Beast podcast just because he has been dishing out dirt on Trump to sell his books. Never mind that he spent decades schmoozing with the worst people in the world while gradually amassing said dirt.

He has. This was the tweet Musk posted in June during their big falling out.

This was a post from their infamous and very public falling out in June 2025. Musk deleted the tweet soon afterwards and has since tried crawling back into Trump’s good graces (with mixed success).

Quick question for @thedailybeast.bsky.social

Given that the newly released emails also include documentation of Michael Wolff giving advice to Epstein over how to best contain Trump’s knowledge of his crimes, are you going to continue treating Wolff as an honored guest on future podcasts or nah?
November 12, 2025 at 3:14 PM
It comes as no surprise that Michael Wolff was a slimeball who knowingly cavorted with sex criminals for access and prestige, but this takes it to another level.

I wonder if The Daily Beast is finally going to stop treating Wolff like an honored guest in their podcasts.

Oh please let there be a Scooby-Doo style "now let's see who you REALLY are!" twist somewhere in this story.

Frankly I wouldn’t even trust his advice on shop class related questions.

Also the idea of one guy being super-rich compared to his peers would seem fucking horrifying.

Yet another classic sci fi series Elon completely misunderstands on every level.

The idea of a single person amassing so much authority and material resources while his fellow beings lacked basic needs would be repugnant to the people of The Culture. They even have a saying “money implies poverty.”

Although that would still be just inside the realm of plausibility since Abe’s age was only specified as “God only knows” (or so said Marge) and there are still WWII vets alive today.

When someone reveals that they believe the moon landings were faked and makes life decisions based on the advice of psychics then I think it is perfectly fair to draw certain conclusions about that person’s judgment and critical thinking skills.

Exactly; nobody seems to mind that Principal Skinner is a Vietnam War veteran who is still in his mid-40s even though the war ended over 50 years ago. Just roll with it, baby.

Ah, gotcha.

I remember listening to Adam Corolla on KROQ from time to time back in the 90s. If there had been a betting market available on whether he would have contentious relationship with an ex wife one day then I'd be a rich man now.

The origins of a feud that older residents of the neighborhood still shudder to recall.

They say streets were painted red and marigold that week.

For anyone curious this is what the "Board of Directors" page on the Coca-Cola company's web site looks like. It… doesn't exactly support the narrative that the company discriminates against white people.

Oh damn there's a reference that just teleported me back to Narnia.

Almost every collective action in American history—from worker strikes to the Montgomery bus boycott—involved people enduring worse conditions in the short term for the hopes of winning a better world in the longer term. Why can't these cowards recognize that?

I guess Fontleroy Pipthistle was otherwise engaged.

Yet more support for the “everyone is 12” theory of contemporary internet culture & politics.

He also gave me a signed original doodle of Mr. Burns saying “excellent…” but I gave that away at some point in my 20s because I was an idiot.

I remember feeling that way when my parents first explained the concept of racism to me when I was a kid. Like… *what??*

But of course humans often aren’t the enlightened rational beings we like to imagine ourselves as.

He came to give a talk at my college maybe 30 years ago and discussed this scene among others.

One of the fun things I learned about him that day was that his first professional animation gig was that ridiculous 80s cartoon “Turbo Teen” about a guy who turned into a sports car whenever he got hot.
