I grew up on all those US TV shows featuring holier-than-thou young lawyers crowing about the sacrosanct nature of the US Constitution.

Trump was gleeful that the National Guardsman were attacked, he’s been trying to place them in harms way for months for his cheap theatrics. For him it was opportune that military personnel would come under fire as a growing number of US veterans are becoming vocal against him.

TLDR: a Discord server that had gradually become a toxic cult of personality centered around a mod, and their friends AKA a bunch of back-biting little snitches. And the guy seemed to have an axe to grind against me in particular.
