I published a new article on my Substack (substack.com/@bradthomasd...) about what a Product Manager’s job will be like working with #AI in the future. It takes a look at the skills that will be needed and how a PM’s role will shift while using AI as a collaborative partner.

Around 2019 or so I wrote a book about the design process. Almost immediately I started thinking about how that would evolve with AI.

So, I decided to write another book. It's now available for free on my website.

Here's a look at the journey from book 1 to book 2.

I wrote a book about hope in the age of AI, and how things *don't* have to be so dire. But there is another side to the story, one of despair the likes of which we've never truly seen. bradthomas.io/the-other-si...

The AI-native process shatters the traditional trade-off between speed and quality. In 2024, teams constantly faced the iron triangle: fast, good, or cheap—pick two. The AI-native process delivers all three by changing how work happens.

Who has experience with #selfpublished books? Last time around I only published digitally on Apple Books. This time, I’d like to print physical copies.

Also, I’ve moved most of my posting to Substack.

This new iPadOS is janky. Gotta figure out a whole new workflow for things now that slide over no longer works.

I've seen some other #design and #branding people talking about how Cracker Barrel missed the mark with their new logo design; more specifically, that they weren't listening to their customers.

I couldn't disagree more.
I think they precisely hit the mark.
