2 oz Empress Gin
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
1/4 oz Simple Syrup

Foam:
5oz Blackberry liqueur
4oz Water
1/2oz Honey
2oz lemon
4 egg whites

Gin, Basil, Lemon, simple syrup, and coconut foam. It’s fresh, delicious, and perfectly balanced.🌿 Time consuming in regards to prep, but it’s 100% worth it.

The Knight King, originally by The Good Lion Bar in Santa Barbara. It’s delicious, refreshing, and definitely crushable. Somehow it tastes like a modern classic and something from childhood all in one. Rums, scotch, citrus, pomegranate and cinnamon… it’s a damn good drink.

One of the coolest spots we’ve been to. Patent Pending in NYC is an excellent place for drinks and snacks. Their drink menu is fantastic and well crafted. Make sure to get a reservation. Swing by their location during the day for some delicious coffee too.

The Tonga Hut in NoHo is one of my favorite spots to grab a tropical drink and get inspired. Definitely worth a visit.
