I enjoy drawing people's ocs. My art with canon-only characters in it performs significantly better (<100 notes vs 20k notes on tumblr, for example).
I don't care for numbers. Let the numbers go, create what you love, and find your people.

What do you do when the art you don't enjoy making as much gratuitously outperforms art you enjoy more?
