Using participatory methods, Harriet works with young people as co-researchers to understand what they want/need in their school environment. Super important as more UK children are not returning to school post-Covid.

Our 2nd speaker, Harriet MacLachlainn, discusses her PhD work exploring the influence of school environments on adolescent's mental health and well-being: "We need to talk to young people directly about what they want and need from their environments"
