#Socialmedia plays a key role in our lives, and this day serves as an important reminder to use these as spaces for positivity and support. Promoting #kindness online is more than being polite - it's about working together to shape digital environments that foster positivity and belonging 🌻

In #Cyberpsychology, a wide range of research exploring social media highlights both the benefits and on-going challenges of these platforms. We know these can be important spaces for fostering connection and community, but are also where bullying, exclusion, and harm occur.
