Since getting my #tandemmobi pump my supply orders have been messed up. It should have corrected itself in December, it did not. I called because they didn’t send me enough cartridges. They “fixed” the issue. Nope. Called again, fixed. Nope. Running out patience. @tandemdiabetes.bsky.social

Random diabetes question. Does anyone else have the #dexcomG7 spike glucose numbers during shower? Like you are happily 134 take a shower show a diagonal or straight spike to 162 and than the cgm will correct back to around 130? Or is it just me?

I’ve been driving around all day. I have yet to see a driveway that has a car with a bow on it. The commercials lied to me.

I filled out my 3 month survey from @tandemdiabetes.bsky.social about the #tandemmobi. I was honest. Not a fan of how loud the clicking for delivery is. For sound sensitive people it’s annoying. Got a call today basically saying it is what it is. It ain’t broken. No shit. It’s annoying. Wish I knew.

All month or at least since I’ve existed here I’ve shared random pros and cons of the #tandemmobi. As we come to the end of DAM I can say overall happy. The pros outweigh the cons. But seriously the clicking.

Continued musing on the #tandemmobi Pro: because all alarms and vibrations are on the pump if you get an alarm and have ticklish sides it brings new joy to getting alarms. Con: wish the cartridge was 20u bigger.

I didn’t muse yesterday about the pro/con of the #tandemmobi. Life and stuff. Pro: App is great overall. Small issues but hope to offer that feedback eventually. Con: silencing alarms, especially overnight ones requires more effort and brain power than a sleepy Brian has at times.

Today’s pros and cons of the #tandemmobi. Pro: rechargeable. Con: more likely to forget if you don’t play the wallet, keys, cellphone, pump game before you leave the house.

This DAM month I will continue offering pros/cons of the #tandemmobi I love this pump. Pro: compact size and adhesive sleeve allow you to put in anywhere. I like the right side of my body better. Con: it clicks for delivery of insulin. It’s annoying. Partially deaf in right ear so I hear it less.
