House is easier - we've seen that flip/flop last few cycles. And with Newsome finally showing how to fight fire with fire, he's gerrymandered California in a way that forces the Supreme Court to either endorse it with all states, or condemn it for Texas, South Carolina, Georgia, etc., too.
