I’ve been rewatching Andor in preparation for both season two and actual fascism. One of the things that has struck me is how it is a text that seems to exist explicitly in order to transform Rogue One, a text that itself exists explicitly to transform A New Hope.

The web is astonishingly broken, and as someone who was around for the Old Web my first instinct is always “we should consciously wind the clock back.” The internet was a profoundly more interesting, more useful, and better place 15 years ago.
We don’t need AI analyzing advertising algorithms. WE NEED FUNCTIONAL SEARCH ENGINES THAT AREN’T MANIPULATED TO BEGIN WITH.
