So, you now have minority groups who voted for Trump, especially Muslim and Latino folks, who are shocked and angry that Trump’s cabinet picks are all pro-Israel and are chomping at the bit to push forward a mass deportation policy. Did they seriously not understand who they were voting for?

I watched the Paul/Tyson fight last night. I could have started watching Season Two of Arcane, but instead I chose to be bored for the night. That was a payday fight if I ever saw one.

As an amateur history buff, I find solace in the fact that while our democracy is certainly in danger, we have navigated through these waters before. The players and circumstances may be different, but the threat is, at its core, the same.

Here’s to hoping that Bluesky never ends up like the cesspool Twitter/X has become.
