We praten veel te veel over mest, vindt het bedrijf Grassa. Terwijl de weg uit de stikstofimpasse niet bruin is, maar groen. De sleutel? Gras raffineren. Dan stoot de koe minder uit en eten wij mensen een deel van het gras zelf op.
