In my state, it's the same. You have to jump through hoops for recertification to ensure that you continue to qualify. No one is there that isn't supposed to be.

One of the MOST disturbing things about a lot of people that claim faith is that they're confused about what stops an atheist from doing horrible things. If their god is real, they made me exactly as I am. Dick move, but I'm sure she'll appreciate a nerdy doubter.
