Hugh Millen was not considered a “good” NFL QB, but he had a knack for late-game heroics. 1991 was surprisingly a lot of fun for a team that went 6-10. Last minute GW TD vs HOU, GW OT TD vs IND, OT win vs MIN, GW TD rush in the 4th vs BUF.
I got to add a hand warmer on this figure.

Worked on freehand painting and color mixing on this project. The figure came in all white, I changed it to the more typical aqua pants of the 90s. I did no masking on the stripes, all painted by hand (after a beer to calm the nerves lol)
