I am so sick of this and also sick of the responses I get to being sick of it. “Well, we are all just so stressed by the world.” Yes, we are all stressed by the world. You are not alone in that, but this flat, boring, moralistic drivel is not lessening my stress.

For me, he’s gotten better with each book. From Blacktop Wasteland to All the Sinners Bleed, each book has revealed new layers to his talent.

I’m a big Mystery fan and also hosted a lot of Mystery signings in a past life. TBH Mystery fans tend to be pretty chill. It’s less of an immersive identity and more just people who like Mysteries.
