I want to address some rumours. Yes, MLAs Guthrie & Sinclair both voted to Table the Bill
Now, Nuance
The use of the Notwithstanding Clause was rumored not confirmed. By tabling the bill we can read it & confirm it does use the NWC. Mr Guthrie told me they will vote NO on the next votes on Bill 9
