Part of being a tradesman with respect amongst my employers and employees is a recognition that the green guy will be a valued part of the team. It might take years but I had that as well. We all learn, some quicker than others. We lift each other up. I’ll continue that tradition.

Thanks for reposting. The simplest act means so much to them. Long term care facilities are in almost every city - just go. Grab candy canes or Little Debbie Christmas Trees. Anything.
