Excellent post. Fascinating/frustrating that I hear this a lot and yet people (myself included) find it so hard to do in practice.

You can spin a plate quite well when you’re only spinning one.

And if that one plate is going to have a big impact, it deserves to be spun well.

Worth remembering.
