IMO, "Musa Victoriosa" is a textbook case of that. Centering art as an easel-painted neoclassical piece, the Muse to double down on artistic inspiration as a grace of the elect, plus the good old Roman imperalistic eagles... unhelpful at best, reactionary at worst.
