Ive recently stopped being a vegetarian after 15 years, and tonight I went to Southern Junction.
My official rankings of the meats I tried:
1) Spicey cheddar jalapeño sausage
2) brisket
3) pulled pork.
The textures are still a little weird. But very good overall!

I used to be incredulous that people wouldn't watch the entire Bils game while there was "still a chance"
But as I got into my late 30s/40s, as soon as the vibes get bad, ive got better things to do.

I would like the see Josh Allen with a different HC and GM at some point soon in his career. It feels like this combo (McDermott and Beane) have run its course, and I dont need Josh to be 34 years old when they try to rebuild around him.
