I also wonder and wouldn't blame Congress, if this was a plot tonlet Trump implode on himself then they (both sides) look great when they are picking up the pieces.

Sure it might raise enough money but when the people see that they don't get taxed and still can't afford things because the prices are still high...

While this may not pertain as much as it's on a state level this is how Trumps message is empowering states and why flipping these seats is so important to take his momentum away so individual states can't use that in their favor
