God, doesn't anyone. I've had to go to psychiatrist specialized in sexuality to get to grip with my own sexuality, and I've settled on 'neurons be crazy'. It does seem so random at times.

Ace kink artist here! And I've noticed that too! Perhaps because a lot of the emotional weight is removed from it? Making it a bit more... Casual?

Doesn't that go with any media? The fear of overconsumption? But yeah it's a shame you found the space to be so unwelcoming. I hope you find one that suits you!

I genuinely wonder where it comes from. In ace spaces I can see it make some sense, but even then you'd think the importance of self expression would still stick around.

Oooph yeah, i remember even going into the skeleton rigs to find the bones of the arm to make those even bigger! And same, i went for a strong good girl. Man i miss those days...

Same! I still play it from time to time and it holds up amazingly well. But replayijg it also shows just how short it is.

On here I've always found it difficult to have genuine engagement or interactions, because it's all very fleeting. There are no shared spaces, no baseline topic to fall back to. Though they were slow, i think the old forums have some merrit and that discord brings a bit of that back.

I've learned the value of warming ups for drawing lately, and I improved my lineart due to it!
That, and I've been able to support a friend in need. The small stuff makes it all worth it ^^
