Erika Kirk is like the spouse how hired a hit man to knock off her husband to get him out of the way, so she could take over his business. Where is Columbo when you need him? She pivots from performative grieving to hawking TPUSA merch.

Democrats. Hopelessly out of touch with their base.

Apparently, Trump doesn't like this monologue.

Charlie Kirk's so called debates were rigged shows where Charlie was both the moderator and the participant. In that format, opposing parties never get to fully air out their positions, Charlie always gives himself the last word, and there are no judges to fact check and give out a score.

The capitalist media won't tell you, but the government liquor stores in Pennsylvania have an abundant selection of liquor at good prices while paying their employees a living wage with benefits, and if Pennsylvanians don't like how the stores are run, they can vote the governor out of office.

Walkability is a parking garage with first floor retail. Developers have wrapped a conservative deregulation agenda in a veneer of urban cool and foolish "urbanists" have naively fallen for it. There's no contradiction between walkability and cars.

350 parking spaces in this nice garage in downtown West Chester PA, a beautiful walkable town outside Philly. Two blocks away they have two blocks of another street closed off for outdoor dining and hanging out. There is no conflict between cars, parking, and walkability at a mid level of density.

There's no one who doesn't participate in driving. Even if you don't have a car, the economy depends on mobility, and the mobility provided by driving enables the entire economy, pays for everything, and supports the economy upon which they depend.

Developers lower their costs if they don't have to build parking, and that's why they're fighting for deregulation. I say, if developers want to build without parking, then let's forbid car ownership to the extent there isn't developer provided off street parking.

There is no conflict between a walkable traditional middle housing level of density and automobiles. Build row houses with back alley parking. There is no conflict between even higher levels of density and automobiles because you can build parking garages.

You sound like one of those people saying they shouldn't pay for schools because they don't have kids.

Parking mandates make developers pay for parking, so the cost is not borne by the public. The mobility provided by cars powers the entire economy and that mobility depends on parking.
