Ireland is breaking the link between economic activity and climate change. Over the past decade, we halved the amount of CO2 emissions produced for every € of economic activity. Our greenhouse gas intensity is now among the lowest in Europe. 🇮🇪🌍

Irish kids don't smoke anymore. Less than 2% of our young teenagers report smoking cigarettes every week - a figure that is lower than every other European country in this survey, and it's trending downwards over time. That's great progress in an important area. 🇮🇪🚭
