a new orleans friend gave me a great jambalaya recipe, but i’d have to cut it by 2/3 to fit in this pot. i was thinking more for large sides and soups for one (plus leftovers of course)

it’s a very nice pot! i just want to handle it in person before deciding i actually want it. they release them in batches every now & then until they sell out, and then they drop them again sometime later. older versions also come with a glass top but i like the look of the cast iron lid better
