Let’s move to a more durable consumption model for humanity. We could build durable products that solve everyday human challenges, instead of planned obsolescence. We could favor local/home/neighbor grown food over corporate owned, slave labored factory farms that destroy entire ecosystems.

If you’re smart enough to discern what’s sarcastic from what is literal then it’s sarcasm. Gaetz’ target audience has the reading comprehension level of a 12 year old and they don’t cover sarcasm until high school.
