Sad I missed all the nice rainbows, they were perfect weather, but I wasn't at the right place to see them.

Strange rainstorms with lots of strange patterns.
Stay warm for Thanksgiving week 🦃
Thick clouds with a big gap for sunlight to shine through. Was hoping for more distinctive sun rays, but only got 3 or 4 very wide bands. Close up of the sun bands from first photo. The sun was almost backlighting the clouds from above. Very hazy and diffused light. Near the edge of the storm, the wind has blown the clouds apart into strips or rolls of altocumulus.

Fall/autumm weather is so weird. But clouds are aplenty. Too bad the sun wasn't lower in the first photo, the sun rays would have been phantasmal 🌅.
