Hell I am a part of it I used EndeavourOS for like 5 months and then switched to arch (love you EndeavourOS you will always be my favourite out of all of them)

thank god CrossPatch has a native Linux binary
and now it has one-click install support now,
granted it is made with the assistance of ai (if you care about that) and the linux binary drops are kinda shaky, but that isnt really a problem to me

i wanted to do it with the AppImage, but then that was too much work so i had to do the Ubuntu package
but hey, it was worth it in the end (for me at least).

Imo SteamOS would purely just be a gaming Linux distro with nothing that wouldn’t have that much of a function outside of that
And even that is kind of shaky because we basically kind of have SteamOS with Bazzite, immutability and all so I don’t see I personally would use it
