The Eco Terrorists protest the ICE facility, but discover Todd the frog has become the face of the resistance. Seeking attention, they beg to be tear-gassed. The first three are sprayed and ugly cry with lots of mucus. Olivia shows her boobs and flirts with an agent. #WarRavagedPortland

Candace & Toni find ICE agents in front of the Bookstore. They move & say "Excuse us ma'am." Toni confronts them, "Why aren't you demanding our papers? How do you know we aren't Tren de Aragua?" Candace silently covers a tattoo & there's a flashback of her running Pablo Escobar's cartel as his lover

Spyke sees the Guard cleaning litter and painting over graffiti, including a tag he sprayed for his band, Riot Spray, in 1996. Spyke calls the band together, who show up with instruments, and he drags them along to respray the tag.

Driving, Peter and Nance hear on the radio that the Guard is coming. Peter freaks out a U-turns whenever he sees someone in uniform - active military with duffel getting on bus, cop directing traffic, fireman washing truck, girl scouts pulling a wagon of cookies

The Mayor puts a newspaper down with the headline "NATIONAL GUARD TO PORTLAND." Confused, he wonders if it is good. Fred and Carrie explain it's bad, but he keeps seeing silver linings. When they see images of the guard cleaning litter in DC, the Mayor is insulted because Portland is already clean.
