Health and care workers worked tirelessly throughout the COVID-19 pandemic to care for their patients, yet many were not adequately protected.

Yesterday, the Resident Doctors Committee met with Health Secretary, Wes Streeting.

“The BMA is appalled by the horrific attack on a synagogue in Manchester. For such an attack to take place on Yom Kippur, one of the holiest days in the Jewish calendar, makes this atrocity all the more sickening. Antisemitism has no place in our society and we condemn it in the strongest possible terms.
