Good news: It worked.

Bad news: OBS no longer displays that yellow border when screen capture is enabled, so I have to rely on the Twitch stream manager preview thing.

That is, if I'm able to stream at all, idk what Windows 11 fucked up, but my Laptop is running really fucking slow rn.
