When my BIL moves out, we're taking over his place. We'll section off some of it so we can finally have a dining table and a home office for Scott. But we'll keep it largely as it is for if any of our friends who want to visit Maui; it's a separate space entirely -we just share a shower.

Scott planted some lilikoi (passion fruit) by the trellis and the idea is the vines will grow on the cables holding the overhead lights to eventually provide shade. The flowers are beautiful and the fruit is great.

I made 2 slight deviations: 1) I didn't have bread flour so I used 400g of AP and 40g of wheat, 2) I proofed the yeast in the entire 300ml of water.

I also boiled for 2 min on each side to make them chewier.

Our garden is thriving and we're practically drowning in dragon fruits. It's been hot AF recently so hopefully we won't lose power since we're upcountry (we don't have an ac but we do have many many fans)
