Neither of them are wrong for having them! Denji is not wrong for wanting sex; Asa is not wrong for not wanting it. A relationship that requires that they compromise on these feelings that they are right to have is not a good one, or at least one that will inspire beneficial growth for either.

What was the fucking point of this if his ultimate role was to be a pain point for denji at the loss of his friendship when this- where their relationship was immediately prior to his dead- is not addressed nor reconciled in any way at all

Actually I'm teasing thoughts abt Fumiko working for War and Yoshida working for Death possibly as their pawns while also transmitting their ways of appealing to Denji in response to the duality of his "hunger" via their roles (lover and feeder) ⬇️
Kinda wondering if Fumiko and Ysd had already been made to serve Yoru and are making the moves on Denji...

He is used as for what seems to be a kamikaze attack. That was the not so bad "role". Before he dies he spent his last moments with denji and seemed to have had fun. He looked like he was genuinely smiling. He apologizes and then (presumably ) dies. Kinda feels like a tragic love story type shit-

ok maybe this is a reach, but— it’s specified that Denji /and/ Yoshida were harassed when they were together. what if the reason for that harassment is /because/ they were together and perceived as gay for it.

I don't care about what anyone says. Fakesaw is still one of my favorite CSM character. He is the hero we never had.
He is literally a "good" version of Denji. The twist on the "Venom" trope, which tends to depict the similar counterpart as the evil one.
