Had to help my friend understand what was going on.
Don't take fucked poses and put them on ladies w/ no bodies at 4AM. You forget the entirety of how bones work.
One arm goes straight down, elbow facing the body, palm up. The other goes behind the body to grab at the waist, pinky on top. Natural.

Sometimes I contort. My body fills with screaming pressure until I twist the way it wants. My spine wants to snap itself in half. My limbs bend in ways they shouldn’t. I smile so big my eyes won’t open. It hurts.
