Honestly wish there were more big holidays that weren’t so serious. Like, Halloween isn’t about religion or love or patriotism, just having fun and enjoying yourself. Probably my favorite holiday

Not all of us have the means to stay either. For some, there isn’t much to lose. I’m not white (aren’t you?) and far from wealthy, but I’m gonna take any chance I can get to leave. I don’t have a community or “trans family” to fall back on, and I also don’t have any stable employment to get me by
