Russia has reportedly asked Turkey to help withdrawal of Russian troops from Syria.
Besides the humiliation of having a NATO member do this, I can't see how Turkey can fully guarantee safe passage because of the multiple rebel groups, local rage against Russians, and their weak command structures.

Most reports are about small groups, two surrendered to Israeli forces allegedly, and one battalion sized group. Again, all unconfirmed.
