No late term abortions are due to medical necessity. Whether that's due to the health and well-being of the mother or because the fetus hasn't developed properly. It's not because women decided they didn't want their baby at 26 weeks.

A full term abortion is a baby you have just given birth to. No one is murking a baby. No one is having abortions at full term. No one. It's most often medically necessary once you reach 20+weeks. That time stops at a point though. And yes, there are medically necessary abortions.
