Actually, there is no cardamom. But weirdly; it tastes and smells like there is. I think it the sweet orange/ginger combo. How odd.

Trying the Asian Parsnip tonight. It’s parsnip with Indian spices in place of traditional botanicals. You can both smell and taste the cardamom—especially in the aftertaste.
