Fully understand that, I must have had it for 3-4 years before I ever took the wrapping off it. It’s surprisingly very breezy with its runtime, but so sprawling. I may rewatch it soon. Need to knock out some of his Kurosawa work too. Yet to see High and Low

I haven’t seen Harakiri yet (somehow), but his work in The Human Condition is some of the most affecting pieces of film I’ve ever encountered. Genuine loss for cinema

In all seriousness though, had the greatest weekend. Love my friends dearly, I saw one of my favourite bands of all time kill with my favourite record of theirs, I finally saw my favourite piece of art in the flesh and I love Korean food!!!!!!
