Yo fr 8BitDo makes some of the best third party controllers, even retro pads that feel exactly like their original hardware!
Tho for Sega I go with Retro Bit, those are also fantastic replicas of the Genesis and Saturn pads.

So one thing @aspyr.com needs to achieve with Deus Ex Remastered is getting it to run perfectly on Switch, I've seen some of their work and can say they can achieve good visuals and resolution with 60fps.
